Park Policies

  • There are No Stakes allowed on the grass area of the park.  This includes but is not limited to tents, awnings, dog stakes, dog fences and flags.
  • Pets must be kept on a leash and the owner shall clean up all pet waste.
  •  
  • All pet waste shall be disposed of in the designated trash bin at the pet zone above the over-flow parking area
  • All garbage shall be disposed of in the park dumpster.
  • All beaches are pack-it-in pack-it-out.  Please don’t throw trash, fishing tackle, tobacco products, or grease on the river bank, beach, or river.
  • Quiet hours:  10 PM to 7 AM.
  • Absolutely no drugs or fireworks.
  • No driving on the grass.
  • Speed limit:  5 MPH.
  • Fires allowed in designated fire pit only.
  • Ranch buildings are private property.  Please, no trespassing, this is for your safety.

Cancellation Policy

  • Online booking fee is non-refundable ($10 max).
  • Cancel up to 7 days before check-in, pay only a $25 cancellation fee.
  • Cancel within 7 days before check-in, receive no refund.
  • No shows are not eligible for refund and will be charged the remaining balance of the reservation.

RV Sites

  • All sites have a RIVER view!
  • 6 person occupancy per site; each additional person is $10 per night.
  • 1 tent allowed per RV site (on the gravel pad).
  • Automatic sprinklers come on at night.  Please keep belongings that you do not want wet next to your RV.
  • 1 vehicle allowed per site.  Extra parking is available in the over-flow parking area for $5 per day.

Off Park RV Sites

  • River view with a shared beach for sites 19-22.
  • 6 person occupancy per site; each additional person is $10 per night.
  • Site 19 – Pickup Camper (small back-in site) $30 per night.
    • No fire pit, no picnic table, no septic
    • Sorry, no pets allowed.
  • Site 20 and 21 – Group Site $120 per night
    • Pull thru site, some backing up required
    • Shared picnic table and fire pit
    • Large site with full hook-ups for 2 RV’s
    • Not recommend for 2 RV’s over 40 feet
    • Sorry, no pets allowed

Dry Cabins

  • All 3 cabins have a RIVER view and a front porch to enjoy that gorgeous view!
  • All 3 are just steps from our beautiful bathhouse.
  • All 3 cabins have AC/Heat, mini fridge, microwave, keurig, table & chairs, firepit, picnic table and sleeping loft.
  • Guest will be responsible for suppling bedding, towels and cooking/camping essentials
  • 1 vehicle allowed per site. Extra parking is available in the over-flow parking area for $5 per day
  • $30 refundable cleaning/key deposit is required – refunded if cabin is left clean and key returned
  • Upon check out, cabin(s) are to be swept, garbage can emptied, counter and table wiped off.
  • Allison Creek (site 15), Lake Creek (site 16) both sleep 5. Both have a bunk bed – queen on the bottom and twin on top with 2 twin matts in the sleeping loft.
  • Ruby Rapids (site 18) sleeps 4. One queen bed and 2 twin matts in the sleeping loft.
  • Extra vehicle $5 per night
  • Extra Person $10 per night
